What we do with what you tell us
When you send an enquiry we keep your name, your number and anything else you tell us, so we can reply and write your proposal. It goes to our own enquiry system and our sales records. Ask us and we’ll delete it.
What the form collects
Your name and WhatsApp number are the only required fields. Everything else — the occasion, the date, the guest count, the venue, the stations you’re drawn to, dietary notes, a budget and anything else you write — is optional, and we ask for it only because it makes the first reply useful.
Where it goes
The enquiry is sent to our enquiry system and copied into our sales records so the person writing your proposal can see it. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
What analytics sees
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It records that an enquiry was sent; it never receives your name, your number, your email, the venue you typed, your dietary notes or anything else you wrote. None of those values is put into a page address either.
Asking us to delete it
Write to us through the enquiry form, or at the address in the footer, and say you want your details removed. We’ll delete them from the enquiry system and the sales records.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets its own cookies. The site itself keeps one thing in your browser: the stations you tick with “Add to my enquiry”, so the form can be filled in for you. That stays in your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.
