House parties, birthdays and private dinners

At home, catering is judged differently. Guests can see everything, the kitchen is small or already full, and the counter is three steps from where people are sitting. That is also the best argument for live stations: at close range, food cooked in front of people is the whole event.

Counters that fit a home, a terrace or a clubhouse

A pasta pan, a chaat counter, a wok, a dessert studio and a cooler bar all work in a flat or a clubhouse. Anything with charcoal or a heavy oven usually needs a terrace, a garden or a clubhouse lawn, and your building’s permission. We’ll work out the line-up once we know where you are.

The parties we cater

  • Milestone birthdays
  • anniversaries
  • house parties and get-togethers
  • private dinners
  • a celebration at home after a ceremony

Stations that suit it

Stations we design into proposals. What runs at your event is agreed with you.

Chaat & pani puri

Cooked live
puris filled to order, flavoured waters poured at the counter, tikki and pav finished on the griddle.
Guests choose
which chaats, how spicy, which waters.
Suits
every occasion. This is where the queue starts.

We’ll check room for a queue that doesn’t block the floor, and a counter long enough for two people to serve.

Wok & steamers

Cooked live
noodles and rice tossed over high heat; dim sum and momos steamed and pan-crisped at the counter.
Guests choose
the sauce, the filling, how hot.
Suits
sangeet, corporate events, house parties.

We’ll check ventilation for high-heat cooking and a spot for the steamers.

Pasta & risotto

Tossed in the pan while you wait

Photograph to come. Development placeholder: we have no photograph of this station yet, and we will not use someone else’s event as a stand-in.

Cooked live
pasta tossed to order in the pan, sauce and vegetables added while the guest watches.
Guests choose
shape, sauce, vegetables, cheese, heat.
Suits
receptions, corporate events, birthdays.

We’ll check a steady counter for two burners and how the pickup line runs.

All fifteen live stations

What we’ll ask you

  • Where it is, and whether it’s a flat, a villa or a clubhouse
  • how many guests
  • the time you want food to start and finish
  • what we can use of your kitchen, if anything
  • power points near where the counters will stand
  • lift and parking access for our team
  • dietary needs among your guests

What it costs

Menus run ₹1,200 to ₹3,000 a plate, before GST, transport and crockery. Smaller events sit higher in that range than large ones, because the same counter, the same cook and the same setup serve fewer plates.
